Notes: With an original drawing by Charles Robinson to the flyleaf, within his inscription: 'To Norman Forbes Robertson, with best regards [Illustration] from Charles Robinson'. The recipient was the brother of Johnston Forbes Robertson, and like him an actor - he was also a leading society figure, and friends with Oscar Wilde, Ellen Terry, Henry Irving, et al. Early work by Robinson, in a similar style to his work on Stevenson's 'A Child's Garden of Verses'.
