Notes: The tenth printing of this new Bodley Head edition (the first in 1960), and the first in that sequence to call itself a 'Revised Edition' - though whether these revisions touch the text at all is hard to establish (it would seem to be the first to feature a Standard Book Number, the creation of a TCD Professor, as part of its paratextual make-up).
