Notes: With the contemporary ownership inscription of Barbara Bagenal (née Hiles): she an artist, friend of Carrington from the Slade, and on the fringes of the Bloomsbury Group - including as the sometime-partner of David Garnett, Clive Bell, Saxon Sydney Turner, and J.M Keynes. Bagenal met and socialised with both Picasso and Cocteau whilst travelling in France with Clive Bell in the 1950s and '60s.
