[Broadside:] 'Had I not been awake'.

Printed on the occasion of the author's reading for the Raymond Danowski Poetry Library Reading Series. Emory University, 2 March 2013.

Description: 16/250 COPIES (but fewer, see below), at the head of the poem a typographic design of overlapping spirals in varying shades of blue, these formed of text drawn from the poem, 57 x 18.5 cm approx, top and tail of sheet untrimmed, stored rolled, fine condition

Publication Details: [Cambridge, MA:] Bow & Arrow Press at Adams House, Harvard University, [2013]

Notes: Signed by the author in pencil at the foot of the poem, which is taken from the collection 'Human Chain'. Though the edition of this attractive broadside was 250, only a small portion of these were signed. The author died in August of the same year, and the signature here – faltering a little in the course of his last name – is the latest that we have seen.
