Notes: First printed in an edition of 275 copies by the Golden Cockerel Press in 1927. 'In order to keep a publication date, the preliminary damping of the handmade paper had been omitted; and in David Jones's judgement the delicacy of his wood-engravings was lost' (Publisher's note).
