Notes: Paine's Rights of Man went through a dizzying number of editions early on, and the two parts are therefore often found in odd mixtures of editions. The present early editions are in perfect period dress (including evidence of bookbinders' parsimony as to margins - evidence, but no grievous bodily harm).
