Description: first 2 leaves defective at fore-edge with loss of letters and 2 words to title, 3 letters only to recto 2nd leaf, fragment missing from upper fore-edge of terminal leaf, lower portion turned in and nearly torn off, but no loss, pp. 570, [5], 12mo, early 19th-century vellum, black lettering piece on spine, vellum toned, label a bit rubbed, signed by Henry Francis Cary (H.F. Cary) on the title-page and the front fly-leaf;
