Notes: Poorly printed on cheap paper, making the text difficult to read in places, nevertheless a remarkably good copy. Although ESTC calls for a plate, none of the copy specific descriptions from the holding libraries (only 4, BL, Wellcome; UCLA, Yale) mention one. Editions often have a frontispiece, but not all, and there is no sign of there ever having been one in this unsophisticated copy.
