Notes: A seemingly unrecorded printing of an elegy on the death of the Marquis of Granby, undated but almost certainly published in the year of his death. Although there is a catchword on the final leaf of this volume, we have found no record of any book that it might have once been part of: it was not the elegy included in Michell's 'Poems; on various subjects. Viz. Four pastorals, an elegy, an anacreontic ode, Aquafortis, a satire' published in 1771 under a similar imprint (ESTC T125623, BL only).
