"Learning Outcomes listed at the beginning of each chapter have been verified, with a few additional ones added. Major chapter heads are numbered to correspond to the numbered learning outcomes. NCMA competencies have been added to the competency tables at the beginning of each chapter, along with the CMA, RMA, and CCMA competencies. The various competency correlation charts can also be found in the Instructor Resources portion of Connect. This allows us to add additional correlations, organized by learning outcome, to the different standards, including ABHES and CAAHEP. For the recent ABHES update, a correlation guide has been developed. Connect is fully updated to these competencies for the ABHES filter. Connect has 12 practice exams, which are divided into three exams each for the CMA, RMA, CCMA, and NCMA. There are four exams included at the back of the book.
